Dear Guests,
We make every effort to  provide you with the best services in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere at all  times. We strive for your complete satisfaction and endeavor to provide a safe  and secure journey without any misunderstandings between the tour escorts,  company and you at any time. Please read and understand the booking conditions  for your holiday, before you register yourself for any of the tours. The 'Terms  and Conditionss' given below, on our website, the tour  registration form and any other printed material, together with 'Frequently  asked questions' and How to book your tour' on page numbers the basis of our  contract with you.

Brochure Accuracy
This brochure along with  tour tariff is published in Dec 2011. All previous brochures, letters and any  other modes of circulation stands cancelled. Every effort is made to ensure  brochure accuracy at the time of publication, based on the available  information. Yet errors and omissions may creep in. The maps used in the  brochure are for reference only and are not to scale. We reserve the right to  change any brochure information before or after a tour is booked, due to any  events beyond our control. Tour itinerary, tour price, departure date and  hotels are subject to change. If we are aware of these changes sufficiently  beforehand; we will inform you in advance. Otherwise, our tour escort or local  representative will inform you of the changes on tour. There are also very big  Trade Fairs, Exhibitions, SportingEvents, National Holidays, etc. where all the  Hotels are fully booked well in advance and therefore it may be necessary o  stay in hotels in other cities.

All disputes pertaining to  the tour and travel conducted by the company and any claim arising there -  under shall be subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only.

Scope of Activity
We are basically travel and  holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline or any other  mode of transport like shipping, railway, motor, buses, coaches etc. We also do  not own or control any Hotel, Transport or other facility or the services  mentioned in this brochure. We take utmost care in selecting all the  ingredients for making your holiday a comfortable one. We only select, but do  not have any control in the running of them. Thus, we are not responsible for  any injury, loss, personal harm, death or damage to the person or property  which may be caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any  independent contractor and arising outside our normal selection and inspection  process. It is imperative that all the passengers who are joining our group  tours, incentive tours and those who are FIT (Free Individual Travel) abide by  and strictly comply and observe all the Terms and Conditionss laid down herein.
Meals On Special Request
There are pre-set menus for  meals provided on tour. In some places packed meals would be served. The type  of meals are clearly indicated in the brochure. Unlike an airline, we cannot  process a special meal, nor can we guarantee a special diet for the passenger,  except to the extent mentioned in the brochure and preferred by you. We,  however, reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances  make it necessary for us to do so. In the event of the tour participant missing  any meal due to any reason, then no claim can be made for the meal he has  missed and not utilized.
In Kitchen caravan groups, Lunch & Dinner will be cooked in Kitchen caravan  and meals will be served at neat and clean Gas station compounds, Auto grills,  Parks, Parking, etc. Kitchen caravan will be only operated, based on minimum 35  passengers. Company reserve right to cancel caravan without prior notice.

Hotels / Room
You will be out on  sightseeing tours most of the time and hence we have taken care to select  hotels, which are comfortable. Most of the rooms have a private bath or shower  and they may be located in the city center or away from the city center.  Air-conditioning, central heating and other facilities are solely at the  hotelier's discretion, dependent upon factors such as weather conditions, local  systems, tour type, etc. Triple rooms are not larger than twin rooms and the  third bed is often a roll-away mattress put in a twin bedded room.
In exceptional cases where  single rooms reserved by you are non-available, double or twin beded rooms will  be provided. At times if a partner request is kept with us, but the same is not  available Single occupancy charges will be applicable. If a partner is  available, you will have to accommodate in double or triple occupancy. If at  some hotels single rooms are non-available, the difference in cost, refund will  be made by the Company for that particular hotel on prorata basis. Claims made  in this respect cannot be accepted after the tour is complete. Passengers will  have to abide by the check-in and check-out times of the hotels The check-in  time is 3 p.m. and check-out time for the hotels is at 12 noon. Early arrivals  and late departures should be adjusted by the guests themselves as per the  respective check-in and check-out timings. All baggage and personal effects are  at all times and in all circumstances responsibility of passengers. Paras  Holidays will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from  the hotel rooms during passengers stay. Laundry, telephone, mini bar, alcohol,  beverages and food not on the menu, optional excursions, excess baggage fees,  shopping, paid toilet, are all items of a personal nature. These extra items  will be billed to you before leaving the hotel, ship/cruise or restaurant. They  are payable by passengers and the company will not be liable for the same.  Incase of any extension, you have to manage all kind of Transportation &  transfers on your own & at your cost. Hotel extension in the same hotel is  not guaranteed.

Coach / Seating
We use  air-conditioned/air-cool luxury coaches. The coaches may be equipped with an  emergency washroom, however this facility is not to be used in lieu of the rest  rooms at our frequent comfort stops.
On group tours, you are not  allotted seat numbers as a seat rotation system is followed. You must follow  the instruction of the tour manager in this regard. Seat nos. 1,2,3,4 in each  bus/coach are reserved for the Tour Escort/Guides. There is a strict no  smoking, drinking and eating policy in the buses. If passengers are carrying  any high value items on the coach, company advices you not to leave them behind  when you leave the coach. All baggage and personal effects are at all time and  in all circumstances your responsibility. We will not be responsible or liable  in case of loss of any items from the coach. Baggage insurance is recommended.  Any damages caused by you to the coach during the travel shall be payable by  you and the company will not be liable for the same.

Itinerary Changes
We may often operate more  than one coach per departure date. For the comfort and convenience of the  passengers, sometimes we change the direction, or slightly amend the itinerary,  including the flight/train/coach routing. We will advise you of these  amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event that a  passenger/joining passenger misses out on any part of the sightseeing tour or  any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund  for the same. During local or national holidays certain facilities such as  museums and restaurants, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited or not  available. Alternatives will be offered wherever possible.

The registration amount  paid while booking, is a non-refundable non adjustable and interest free  amount. The full payment must be received in accordance with the procedure laid  down in the Brochure under the heading "How to book your Tour”. Passengers  must clear the entire billing amount of the tour atleast 15 days prior to  departure date. Final payment must be made in Cash or Demand draft in favour of  Paras Holidays Pvt Ltd" payable Delhi. Cheque or Bank transfer is  not acceptable. If we do not receive the final payment by this date, we reserve  the right to cancel the reservation. In the case of billing errors, we reserve  the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. In case of dishonouredcheques,  passengers will have to pay Rs. 300/- per cheque. Chequedishonoured is an  offence and the company reserves the right to take legal action. The bookings  will be processed only after the registration amount is paid in full. Incase  the Schengen visa will be applied first  1st Installment charged would be  complete INR component of the package cost. Euro will be charged as per the  Card rates. Service Taxes on the package will be charge extra.

Tour Price
The price quoted in our  proposal or brochure has been calculated as per the rates prevailing at the  time of printing this brochure. The company reserves the right to amend/alter  the price published in this brochure in case of supplier rate fluctuations,  currency fluctuations due to changes in the various cross rates of exchange,  changes in various taxes, visa fees and/or fuel costs, before the date of  departure. Any such increase in price must be paid for in full before tour  departure by the passenger. In exceptional cases any increase in price on the  tour must be paid in full by the guest on tour.

If you wish to travel in  advance i.e. before the published departure date as mentioned in the broucher  or like to come back on later date after the tour ends, you are requested to  pay deviation as per airlines (subject to availability of seats in the group  booking class & ticket validity).
The request for deviation  should be given in writing at the time of booking as these requests are subject  to availability and we are not holding seats for the same.
The deviation request will be subject to availability and payment for the same  does not guarantee the date requested. In case the dates requested by you are  not available, we will allot alternate dates accordingly, subject to seat  availability in the group booking class.

Tour Price other than Ex-Delhi
Tour price is based on  departure from Delhi unless specifically mentioned. Passengers boarding flights  from other places will have to pay the entire airfare difference and bear any  additional expenses such as airport transfers, hotel stay etc. on your own.

All passengers travelling  on a Paras Holidays /Holiday must be in possession of a valid visa. It is at  the sole discretion of the Embassy / High commission/Authorities to ask for  original documents/personal interview of the passengers at any time. However,  as granting or rejecting visas is the sole prerogative of the concerned Embassy  / High commission Authorities even after submitting all relevant documents, the  company will not be held responsible for the same. In case the visa application  is rejected by the concerned Embassy/consulate or authorities, due to  incomplete /delayed documents furnished by the passengers or due to any other  reason whatsoever, or there are errors in the date of visa granted or scanned  photographs on the visa, the company shall not be liable or responsible for the  same. All costs, charges in respect of the said application for the visa, shall  be borne by the passenger. In case of visa delay or rejection for any reason 45  days prior to tour departure, company will levy an additional charge of  Rs.10000/- per pax. If the passenger needs to cancel a tour due to rejection of  visa or rejection of entry into the country, the cancellation charges of the  company will be applicable and shall be payable by the client. There will be no  refund if the client, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to  the said reasons.
When two or more families are booked together as a Group, for example,  brothers/ sisters/ relatives/ friends etc, Paras Holidays does not guarantee  that they all can travel together. It is totally the discretion of the  respective Embassy / High commission whether to grant the visas to all the  members of families/ groups together or not. Embassy / High commission may  grant the visa to one family/ person & refuse to the other. In such a  situation, the Cancellation fee and rejection charges will be applicable to  each member as per the Cancellation policy of Paras Holidays.

Foreign Exchange
It is binding on the  passengers to get the required foreign exchange for the tour price from the  foreign exchange division of the company. The passengers have to deposit  equivalent Indian currency by cheque (minimum 15 working days in advance) or  demand draft in favour of Paras Holidays Pvt. Ltd.
Please note that rate of exchange applicable will be as per the day on which  the foreign exchange is issued, and not the day on which the passenger has paid  the cheque or demand draft (subject to realisation). Euro will be charged as  per the Card rate.

It is advisable to acquire  adequate Overseas Travel Insurance cover for protection from any expenses such  as medical, legal, hospitalization, accident, etc. For most of the European  countries, it is mandatory to obtain an Overseas Travel Insurance policy for  the tour. Insurance claim is at the sole discretion of the Insurance Company.

Transfer from one Tour to another
A transfer from the  originally booked tour to another tour will be treated as a cancellation on  that tour and a fresh booking on another. Transfer is applicable from Europe  tour to Europe tours only. All cancellation charges as stated herein will  apply. Tour price and discounts available during fresh booking will be  applicable.

The company reserves the  right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any of the discounts without prior  intimation. The discount is valid for limited number of seats and limited  period only. The discount given to the passengers will be at the sole discretion  of the company and may vary from passenger to passenger and for bookings done  on different dates for the same tour. To avail the discount, passengers must  pay the full registration amount at the time of booking itself.


All services such as  airline seats/hotel accommodation/ ground transportation are pre blocked well  in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/ vendors if  these services are released within the mentioned time frame. If the passengers  want to cancel the tour due to any reason, they have to make an application in  writing to that effect, along with the original
 receipt issued by the  company. Such cancellation will attract the cancellation charges given below:In case the passenger cancels his trip during the tour, no refund is possible.  The passenger has to make own arrangements for the return journey.
 The air tickets are issued for group travel and are non refundable and non  endorseable.
Refunds if any, for  amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the passengers by the  company strictly by 'A/C payee' cheque, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate  of exchange within 45 days, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations,  irrespective of whether the tour payments were in part or whole in foreign  currency. No refund will be payable, for any unused portion of the tour, due to  whatsoever reason.

Important Conditions
Passenger's signature on  the booking form or paying the registration amount shall mean acceptance in totality  of the 'Terms and Conditionss' contained herein by the passenger/s. In case of  one or more, but not all passengers signing the 'Booking Form', it shall be  deemed that the others have duly authorised the concerned signing passenger/s.  There is no contract between the company and the passenger until the company  has received the initial registration deposit in accordance with the procedures  in the brochure. The initial deposit just ensures a seat or participation on  the tour but does not entitle any services such as air tickets, visas, hotel  accommodations, until the full payment has been received. The full payment must  be received in accordance with the procedures laid down in this brochure. If  not paid in that time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking  with subsequent loss of deposit and apply the cancellation charges as mentioned  herein.

Loss of Property or Life:  Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort,  increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any damage to baggage  or personal effects howsoever caused; Any change in flight schedule or meals  not being served; The company does not hold any responsibility for flight  delays, rescheduling cancellation of flights and miss-connection occurred due  to airline problem. Paras Holidays is not responsible for any alternate  arrangements and the guest has no right to claim any loss or consequences  arising due to the same.
Any overstay expenses due  to delay or changes in air, bus, ship, train or cancellation of special bogie  or other services due to sickness, weather conditions, strike, war, quarantine,  or any other cause whatsoever.
Sightseeing missed and/or the program being curtailed after commencement of the  tour and before the due period due to any unavoidable circumstances and any  reason beyond our control such as political, natural calamity, monument under  renovation, heavy rush at sightseeing places, road traffic congestion etc. All  the loss or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger.
Tourist baggage, Passport  & other valuable items lost by the airlines or by independent contractor or  their agents, hotel staff, bus/coach or while traveling etc. Company is not  responsible.
If any tourist loses baggage, passport, cash, jewellery or any other valuable  due to theft or by any other reason whatsoever during the tour, company will  not be responsible for the same. Entire responsibility of taking care of their  valuables lie on the tourist.
The coach drivers, mostly on international routes, are bound by specific Rules.  Any sightseeing missed due to delay by any passenger is non-refundable. 

Special Note
** Even if a client is  unable to reach a place of commencement of tour due to any reason whatsoever  including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be  treated as No Show  on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
** If no sue/action is brought against us within one month of the last day of  the tour, we shall be discharged from all liabilities under/or arising out of  this contract and the client shall be deemed to have relinquished/abandoned all  his rights under or arising from this contract.
All tours are subject to RBI/G.O.I rules for group tour passengers.

All Airlines Reservations are confirmed as per group movement hence all  passengers have to travel together. Any change in air routing will be       considered as an FIT ticket. Difference in the Airfare charged as per the  airlines  subjected to availability of seats
Once air ticket is issued any change made by passenger, amendment  charges will be applicable and subjected to availability of seats

If circumstance forces you to cancel the tour, the cancellation  must be intimated to us in writing. As per the booking conditions of the tour,  we are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person.
If you cancel the tour after issue of UK visa, Amount of Rs.  20,000/- + U.K visa fee is non refundable.In case UK visa is denied more than 30 days before the schedule  date of departure only Rs. 10,000/- will be charged including the UK visa fee.  But, if the UK visa is denied within 30 days of the scheduled departure date,  Rs. 20,000/- will be charged as administration fees including the UK visa fee
In case Schengen visa is denied, more than 30 days before the  schedule date of departure only Rs. 30,000/- will be charged. But, if Schengen  visa is denied within 30 days of scheduled departure date, the entire Indian  Rupees component of the tour is not refundable.

Cancellation charges in case the tour is cancelled within
  • 30 days prior to departure Complete INR amount +20% of the Euro  amount
  • 20 days prior to departure Complete INR amount + 30%of the Euro  amount
  • 15 days prior to departure Complete INR amount + 75%of the Euro  amount
  • 0-14 days prior to departure Full amount will be charged

In case the passengers cancel his trip during the tour, no refund  is possible. The passenger has to make own arrangements for the return  journey.
The air tickets are issued for group travel and are non refundable and non  endorseable.

Rs. 14000 per person will be reduced from package cost for  U.K.visa, Madame Tussaud's wax museum  London stay.
Airfare difference would be charged extra
Airport transfers or any other services which does not form part  of the group tour would be charge extra.

No refund for un-utilized service
Service Taxes on the package will be charge extra 3.63%. Any  further increased levied by the GOVT would be charged extra
The cost of Euro component will be collected in Indian currency  only as per the forex card rate of HDFC Bank only as on date / day of final  payment
All flights, hotels itinerary restaurants subject to change  without prior notice
In case of group strength less than 25, passengers will be shifted  to next available date
Airport transfers will be provided only if passenger travel with  the group
Package available to passengers eligible to BTQ only  is  subjected to GOI / RBI approval
Tip to coach driver is mandatory
For 3 adults  1 child without bed, 1 Triple room will be  provided
